ARTIST UPDATE 2 - Adrian Beyeler

Adrian was born 1968, wich explains his love for long hair and rock n`roll

Grewing up in a likely neighborhood he started very early with drawing stuff, seldom using colors wich he puts back on not owning a color TV at that time.

His first comic he draw at the age of 11 and immediately threw it into the garbage. Some weeks later this comic resurfaced in some newspaper, so it all started with that.

His dream was always becoming a goldsmith by trade, to combine his drawings with the hand making and molding of stuff to produce a designated 3 dimensional piece of art.

Finally, after a long journey, learning to be a jewelry sales he found an apprenticeship place as a goldsmith and is since 1995 his own boss & slave at his very own shop in the house, where he was born.

The drawing of cartoons and comics is an old passion wich led him to expose his work on numerous flyers and the publishing of his stuff in the newly released book: Under the skin of rock n`roll pt.2

Talking about passion:

Heavily inspired by his dad, who rebuilt a basket case Norton in the sixties, to race the back mountains of switzerland, he decided to also get involved in bikes at an early age. After some adventures with pretty fast japanese bikes he soon found the love of his live. Not a love at first site, but a very intense relationship with his blue Shovelhead Wide Glide Harley.

One of a kind jewelry handcrafted by this one of a kind artist, is what you can expect at our art exhibition.
